Marine Life Exhibition Confirmed

Stack of tentacles, Kirsten Chursinoff 2012
Yes, there will be twirling arms and spiraling tentacles in my next show.
Yes, there is purple in the ocean.
Yes, I'm having a show in less than two months!

Well, it's good that I've been sewing like crazy lately. An opportunity just came up for a showing of my work in October 2012 (yes, less than two months from now) and I'm going to make it happen. For those of you who have read about my "Low Tide" series, or maybe even attended a couple of the shows, you'll notice that I'm making a shift to calling this body of work "Marine Life".  The new title of "Marine Life" lets me dive a little deeper than the intertidal zone and delve into darker waters. You'll have to wait and see what surfaces after these explorations.

More details to come, but here's some basic info for your calendars:
Ramp Gallery
New Westminster Public Library
716  6th Avenue
New Westminster, BC, Canada

Showing for the month of October 2012
There will not be an opening reception, but I will be giving an artist talk/slide show presentation, date TBA.
